Information for Exhibitors
(floorspace per exhibitor of 3x2 metres with a 6ft table and two chairs).
This event takes place at The University of Manchester, specifically in the Renold Building which is located close to Piccadilly Station. The Renold Building is the venue for all the academic sessions, posters, exhibition and refreshments.
The main entrance to the building is on C Floor, where stands 1 – 12 are situated. The plenary lecture theatre is also on this level. Stands 13 – 18 are on the lower level, together with the poster display and catering points. Due to the number of delegates, refreshments will be served on both floors.
All stands can be provided with power and access to the internet for an additional charge if requested in advance. Wireless access is also available at a small cost. Further information and charges will be confirmed shortly.
The cost for a table-top stand at the conference will be:
Renold C15 £500
Renold B1 £350
and will include:
- One 6ft long table and 2 chairs
- Area to display roll up banner or pop up stands
- 2 passes for stand managers (to include refreshments and lunch)
- Your company logo on the exhibitor area of the conference web site
As an alternative to exhibition space, we offer the possibility of inserting a flyer in the delegate pack at a cost of £150.
However, if you book exhibition space, an insert in the delegate pack is offered at a discounted price of £50.
